吃人参时能吃萝卜吗

人们在补身体时,首先想到的就是人参。人参大补元气,被誉为补中之王。很多人认为,在吃人参时不能同时萝卜,否则影响功效。真的这样吗?两者不能同时服用吗?

   萝卜是人们常食的菜蔬;而莱菔子是萝卜的成熟种子,能消食导滞、降气化痰,主治食积或咳喘实证。人参与莱菔子、萝卜之间有着重要的联系,正确理解它们间的关系,对临床合理使用有着重要的意义。

   服人参时能吃萝卜吗

   按照传统习惯,服用人参及同类制品期间,要忌吃萝卜,认为萝卜会消减人参补益作用。但是在各类古籍中又不乏人参与萝卜同用以治病的例子:如《本草纲目》中记载:“人参、黄芪研末,红皮大萝卜蘸食,治阴虚血尿,亦可治沙淋、石淋(泌尿系结石)。”明代名医傅青主“以人参配萝卜,治倒饱中满与气虚,食不消化等病。”《本草新编》记载:“人参得萝卜,其功更神。”由此看来,服人参忌吃萝卜是没有科学根据的,两者同用,取其消补配合,扶正祛邪,相行不悖,相得益彰,对某些疾病还是特殊的治疗效果,萝卜不但没有影响人参的补益功效,反而能减少副作用。
